Shipping Within Australia
We ship within Australia using Australia Post, with full tracking available. Packages are posted within 2 days, and take between 1-7 days for QLD, NSW and VIC customers,  and 3-10 days for customers in W.A, N.T and S.A.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, we will gladly offer an exchange of any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty. Please refer to our refund policy.
For change of mind,  we offer an exchange credit note.
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
Faulty Items?
If you receive an item that is faulty, please email our customer service team at We will then replace or refund your faulty item.
